Raichur Institute of Medical Science is situated in a good atmosphere and ventilated place. Raichur is one of the well-known places in Karnataka. This college is having good and well-developed buildings and equipped and things filled Classrooms.

This College has well-structured Lecture theatre, There are 5 Lecture theatre available four gallery type Lecture theatre with Seating Capacity of More than 160 students and One level type Lecture theatre with 100 Capacity,Each lecture theatre has VCR, OHP Sound System in addition to One Epidiascope and LCD and there is also availability of Multimedia Projectors.

Library

Raichur Institute of Medical Science Central Library is spread over Area of 1200 Sqmtrs with peaceful surrounding.

This Library is containing three reading rooms for students, and it is separated for students, two Reading Rooms For Undergraduate with more than 106 Seating Capacity, and one Reading Room for For Postgraduates with more than 32 Seating Capacity.

And there is another Reading Room also available For Staff with Seating Capacity of 30. It has separated room for Reference Section with 120 Seating Capacity.

Hostel

Raichur Institute of Medical Science has separate hostel facilities for both Boys and Girls students. Boys Hostel has 164 Rooms with good ventilated situation and comfortable bedding arrangement and 328 occupancies.

Raichur Institute of Medical Science Girls Hostel also has contained 164 Rooms with the same facilities and 328 occupancies. Rooms are keeping cleaned by Hostel staffs and wardens are also stay with them.

Students are monitoring by wardens and they help the students needed stuff and there is always the availability of doctors for medical emergency both students and staff.

There is good water facility availability Messing and Canteen arrangements available separately for Boys and Girls with good dining system. There are Recreation and Reading rooms also available for students.
